Reframing McDonald’s as more than a quick meal—it had to become a familiar, integral part of customers’ lives. The challenge was to transform the perception of McDonald's delivery from a simple transaction to an experience that feels personal, relevant, and welcoming. The goal was to break through the noise and create a bond so strong that McDonald's became the first thought during those precious moments in life.
Instead of just designing for a campaign, the work was about designing for emotion. The creative journey tapped into the nostalgia of iconic holidays and the shared joy of Canadian traditions. Through vibrant, bold visuals, each piece was crafted to capture the excitement of the season while bringing McDonald’s into the homes of customers as an ever-present, ever-welcome guest. From print to digital, every asset was designed to complement and enhance the customer’s experience.
By tying McDonald’s into the emotional core of these celebrations, the campaign not only increased order volume but also deepened customer loyalty.
